Resident amenities are included with your rent. Water is individually sub-metered and billed electronically based on your apartment’s usage. Electricity is established directly with Entergy. Each apartment is prewired for AT&T internet, with preferred community rates available through a direct resident account. Any applicable parking, pet, or other optional fees are separate.

Yes. Convenient garage parking is available for a monthly fee, with reserved spaces offering 24/7 dedicated access for residents who prefer a space of their own.
Absolutely. Pets are part of the family, and they’re welcome at The Francis. We allow up to two pets per apartment, subject to our community pet guidelines and applicable fees.
We’ve made applying to The Francis simple and straightforward. Applications are completed securely online through our resident application portal and include a $15 application fee. As part of the approval process, we review standard qualification criteria, which may include identity verification, rental history and references, background screening, and financial qualifications such as credit, income, assets, or other demonstrated ability to meet the lease obligations. All applications are evaluated consistently in accordance with our published rental criteria and applicable Fair Housing and accessibility requirements. Reasonable accommodations are available throughout the application and leasing process for individuals with disabilities. Our leasing team is always available to answer questions and help you through the process.
Every apartment at The Francis comes move-in ready with a complete appliance package, including a refrigerator, range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size washer and dryer.
